Every morning she does:
10 Push ups
10 second planks
Jumping jacks
30 second hand stands
Stretches

I’ve been working out every morning with them and now they have started doing it with me. Being fit and healthy rubbed off onto my kids, they watch you and listen to you more than you know. Set a good example for them. They will follow.

At our household we prioritize health, fitness and love. Along with financial literacy and entrepreneurship.

We teach them self respect and self love.

Here’s an amaranth toast with h**p seeds, date syrup and strawberries.

Simple, sweet and alkaline.

I don’t eat bread that often but when I do it’s kamut or amaranth, or spelt.

Today I’m adding fruits 🫐

7 day water fast with fruits, iron rich teas and seamoss.

Fasting strategies for healing:
-24 hour liquid fast (water and iron rich teas)
-72 hour liquid fast
-7 to 21 day liquids only
-30 to 40 day liquids and fruits only
-90 to 120 day liquids, fruits and veggies

Seeded grapes 🍇, key limes 🍋‍🟩, sea moss 🌊

In order to start it starts mentally, mentally see yourself without food, write down your plan, sleep on it, prepare mentally before starting and it will become easier.
