Sauna myths need to be cleared up. 🔥💦

Sweating feels amazing, but it’s important to understand what’s actually happening in your body. A good sweat means you’re losing water and electrolytes — it’s not the same thing as “draining” your lymphatic system.

So does that mean sauna isn’t beneficial? Absolutely not. 🙌

Heat can support relaxation, increase blood flow and help temporarily ease muscle stiffness — plus sometimes sitting somewhere warm with absolutely nobody asking you for anything is a benefit all on its own. 😂

The key? Hydrate before and after your session, listen to your body and enjoy sauna for what it actually does.

And yes… it’s even better when you bring someone with you. 🤍
