Pelvic Health Solutions is an evidence-based teaching company that aims to educate and empower physiotherapists, healthcare professionals, and everyday people about pelvic health. Pelvic Health Solutions was founded in 2010 out of the need to develop pelvic health resources in Ontario at a time when it was an under-serviced health concern. Our company provides high-quality, continuing education co

urses, mentoring, and clinical resources for a wide variety of practitioners with the goal of equipping them to deliver evidence-based, biopsychosocial assessment and treatment of pelvic health problems in our province and abroad. Pelvic Health Solutions also exists as a way to connect people experiencing pelvic health concerns to pelvic health physiotherapists in their area. The company has ultimately blossomed into a community of curious people who are committed to their life long journey of learning about pelvic health.

A reminder that confidence does not always mean doing more. Sometimes, it starts with showing up honestly, trusting your voice, and allowing yourself to be fully present in your own life.

Concerns like bladder leakage, pelvic pain, prolapse symptoms, bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum changes, and sexual pain can have a significant impact on quality of life.

The good news: many pelvic health concerns can be supported with evidence-informed physiotherapy care.

At PHS, we believe education helps close the gap between silent suffering and meaningful support by training medical professionals to better recognize pelvic health concerns, understand treatment options, and connect patients with qualified physiotherapists who can help.

When knowledge opens a door, mentorship helps keep it open for others.

At Pelvic Health Solutions, we believe continuing education is more than building your own clinical skill set. It is also about strengthening the standard of care, supporting colleagues, and creating more access to informed pelvic health practice.

The more we learn, the more we can share.

Explore upcoming PHS courses and continue building the skills that support both your practice and your community.
