Pelvic Health Solutions is an evidence-based teaching company that aims to educate and empower physiotherapists, healthcare professionals, and everyday people about pelvic health. Pelvic Health Solutions was founded in 2010 out of the need to develop pelvic health resources in Ontario at a time when it was an under-serviced health concern. Our company provides high-quality, continuing education co

urses, mentoring, and clinical resources for a wide variety of practitioners with the goal of equipping them to deliver evidence-based, biopsychosocial assessment and treatment of pelvic health problems in our province and abroad. Pelvic Health Solutions also exists as a way to connect people experiencing pelvic health concerns to pelvic health physiotherapists in their area. The company has ultimately blossomed into a community of curious people who are committed to their life long journey of learning about pelvic health.

Sometimes courage looks nothing like we expect. ✨

It can show up in quiet decisions, difficult conversations, unexpected changes, or simply choosing to keep going when the next step feels uncertain.

You may not always feel brave while you’re doing it. Sometimes you only recognize the courage afterward.

A reminder that strength can meet us in the most unexpected places.

A little reminder for wherever you are in life right now. 💜

Growth often asks us to be brave, try something new, and step beyond what feels familiar. Not every risk needs to be huge. Sometimes it is simply saying yes, trusting yourself, changing direction, or giving yourself permission to begin.

Experience comes from living it. 🌱

Here’s to staying curious, taking chances, and making room for whatever comes next. ✨

Bladder and bowel concerns in children can show up in many different ways

Urinary urgency, frequency, daytime incontinence, bedwetting, difficulty voiding, constipation and encopresis may happen on their own or together as part of bladder and bowel dysfunction (BBD). ✨

For clinicians working with pediatric populations, recognizing these patterns can help support more confident assessment, treatment and conversations with families.

Want to build your knowledge in this area? Our Pediatric Pelvic Health course is coming up this September! 📚🌟
