Rooted in 40 years of holistic care, NLP coaching, and heart-centered guidance. ✨ Welcome to Vita Gentile Wellness, a gentle way of living. For more than 40 years, Cynthia’s work has centered on one purpose: helping people feel cared for, confident, and deeply connected to themselves. Her path brings together a lifetime of holistic wisdom, from skincare, medical aesthetics, and facial reflexology to gentle yoga, meditation facilitation, and Master NLP coaching. We believe that true wellness isn't about striving or fixing who you are. It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and coming home to yourself. Vita Gentile is a warm invitation to pause, move without judgment, nourish your body, and reconnect with your heart. What We Offer:

- Retreats & Day Renewals: Immersive weekend getaways and curated single-day restorative experiences.

- Mindful Movement & Peace: Gentle yoga, conscious breathwork, and guided meditation.

- Soulful Connection: Supportive healing circles, structured journaling, and community gatherings.

- Holistic Guidance: Personal wellness consultations, NLP coaching, and intuitive clean living workshops. Whether we are sharing a quiet meditation, gathering for a workshop, or stepping away on a retreat, our hope is that you leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and at peace with your journey. I am so glad you found your way here. Welcome to Vita Gentile Wellness.
