Thank you to each and every one of you for joining this support group and helping create a supportive, caring community for women living with adenomyosis, endometriosis, PCOS, and other chronic health challenges.

I started this group three years ago, shortly after being diagnosed with adenomyosis. Like many of you, I have faced my own health struggles, including depression, anxiety, IBS, and asthma. I am also a proud mom to an incredible young man who lives with ADHD, hemophilia, and mild Asperger's syndrome.

Over the years, I have spent countless hours educating myself about the illnesses that have affected both my family and me. My goal has always been to share knowledge, offer support, and help others feel less alone on their journey.

This group is more than just a support group — it's a community of strong, resilient women who uplift one another, share experiences, and remind each other that we are not alone.

Thank you for being here, for sharing your stories, and for helping this group grow into something truly special. Here's to continuing to learn, support, and empower one another. 💛

NEW 📢 Endometriosis Petition E-7415 backed by MP Warren Steinley is now open in the House of Commons until August 6, 2026! 📢

This petition calls on the Government of Canada to:

🔹 Increase funding for endometriosis research and innovation to improve diagnosis, treatment, and patient outcomes.

🔹 Develop a National Action Plan for Endometriosis in collaboration with people living with the disease, healthcare professionals, researchers, and governing bodies to address the major gaps and barriers in awareness, diagnosis, and care.

This is an opportunity to help create real change.
