It’s been a while since I posted this and it feels like a good time to revisit the benefits of a constellation session.

One of the most common questions is “What is a constellation?” This is often the most difficult to answer because it is more of an experience and it’s different every time.

Let’s talk about “WHY” …
1. We all carry out patterns and behaviors that we’ve learned (often subconsciously) from our family.
2. We often have periods in our life where we feel stuck. The reasons vary, but that frustrating feeling is the same.
3. We might even question who we really are, what is our purpose, what am I doing with my life or why does this keep happening to me? All valid questions that might just need a little light cast to bring the answer into view.

I’ve been there, many times, and keep learning and growing with every session, every conversation about this modality and every new book I read.

Real transformation is rarely a dramatic moment. More often, it's quiet and cumulative.

Before:
"I don't know why I keep ending up here."

"I finally understand why I respond the way I do."
