We’re all about transformation here. ✨

And I thought this one deserved a permanent place on the feed.

Welcome to the future home of Deconstructed Wellness.

I have been dreaming about this for forever, and it’s now my reality. 🥹🤯

I am so excited to bring my vision for this space to life, and I’ll bring you along for all of it!

Pretty fitting that a space for transformation is going to get to transform too. ✨

(For now, nothing is changing with my current location or schedule)

One of the things I hear all the time is, “I wish I had learned this sooner.”

Me too.

I think that’s part of what keeps so many of us doing this work. We can’t change the experiences that shaped us, but we can change the patterns they left behind.

We were out for a walk and my son ran ahead. He knows he has to wait for me before crossing the street. While he waited, he sat down in a meditation pose.

I didn’t ask him to. I didn’t remind him.

Those are the moments I celebrate. The moments when these practices stop being something I’m teaching and start becoming something he chooses for himself.

Every time we learn to regulate, repair, or reconnect with ourselves, we’re changing more than our own lives. We’re giving the next generation something many of us never had.

A head start.

If the crocheting, poetry-writing, arm-wrestling, snakeskin-pants-wearing kid could see me now…

She’d probably wonder what took me so long.

Hug the tree. Scream-sing in your car. Wear the outfit. Learn the hobby. Laugh too loud.

Do more of what made you feel alive and completely yourself as a kid.

Unravel the patterns that taught you conformity was safer than freedom.

The fear of looking weird costs us more than looking weird ever will.

Welcome. I hope you like it here ✨

Swipe through my birthday week 🫶

I take my birthday off every year, ever since I can remember.

It’s become a little tradition. A reminder that another year alive on this earth is reason enough to celebrate.

It started with a relaxing weekend getaway and ended with a very exciting birthday song and supper with family!

Do you have any birthday traditions? I would love to hear them!
