Not my thing.

When Botox first came up, it honestly felt like it went against everything I believed.

I’ve always believed you are beautiful as you are. Eat real food. Reduce stress. Move your body. Sleep. Have grace for yourself. Especially in hard seasons.

But over time, I realized something important. Grace matters more than rigidity. Tools don’t replace self-worth, but they can support it. Confidence can change how someone shows up in their life, their relationships, and their health.

It stopped feeling like an either/or conversation.

It became a both/and.
