To all my clients:

As of Monday, November 1, 2021, classes will move to online only as I am closing the Studio. Memberships remain at $50/month, with unlimited access to online classes.

One-on-one sessions are still possible; let's connect to make arrangements.

My wife and I are self-declared “Olympics junkies.” We will watch almost any sport, and love the moments when human spirit triumphs. We cheered when the Dutch runner fell in the 1500 and then got up and started running again - and won her heat.

We pretend to know what constitutes a good dive and really only look at the entry splash. We hold our breath at moments, jump up and down at others, and simply smile at the beauty and talents of these athletes who have dedicated so much of their lives to these moments.

Yesterday, I heard Andre de Grasse talk about relaxing into the end of his race. In my class, I talked about the importance of breath and relaxing into our best selves.

This method has helped me relax into my best self, and that is a gold-medal gift, to be sure.

Hello friends,
I'm so excited about today's announcement that "low-intensity indoor fitness classes" can resume in person, starting immediately. So, if you want to join me in the studio tomorrow or another day, I'd be happy to see you.

Okanagan Feldenkrais will continue to follow all protocols, including masks for indoor spaces. And, of course, our classes will continue online, so you can still join from home.

Hello all, you'll probably have seen today's Public Health Orders, which includes a suspension of low-intensity group exercise. One-on-one appointments can continue with careful consideration of the COVID-19 safety protocols; however, from March 30 (tomorrow) until April 19, please remain at home and attend the daily classes online (as the majority currently are). If you have any questions, please reach out.

By order and direction of the Provincial Health Officer (PHO), all events and social gatherings are suspended to significantly reduce COVID-19 transmission related to social interactions and travel.

With the most recent announcement by Dr. Bonnie Henry (quoted below), starting immediately, classes will be offered online only until further notice. One-on-one sessions (with masks) are still available by appointment only; please contact Brent directly.

From CBC:
Lower intensity activities like yoga, Pilates, tai chi and individual fitness are currently suspended until new safety guidelines are released. Henry said those guidelines are expected next week.
