Proper Poke is proud to be a BC Green Leader and Water-Friendly Business!
We’re a certified member of BC Green Business, a program run by Synergy Foundation that supports businesses committed to reducing their environmental impact.
As a member, we undergo biannual audits that assess and verify our sustainability practices—covering energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, and responsible purchasing.
We’re especially proud to have achieved Green Leader status, awarded to businesses that have maintained certification for three or more consecutive years. This reflects our long-term commitment to operating thoughtfully and continuously improving how we do things.
Sustainability has always been built into how we run Proper Poke—from choosing lower-impact materials and reducing waste where possible, to integrating environmentally conscious practices into our day-to-day operations. Through BC Green Business, we’re proud to be part of a network of 300+ businesses across B.C. working toward meaningful environmental and social change.
We also partner with Tree-Nation to offset our impact—planting two trees per staff member, per month, plus one tree for every client, for every service.
So far, we’ve planted 14,000+ trees 🌱
In addition, we donate to various charities throughout the year, with ongoing support for Reciprocity Trust.
