As a mom of a teenage athlete I know how hard these kids push their bodies.
The end of the school year means tournaments, playoffs, training camps, summer sports, and getting ready for the next season.
Between sore muscles, bumps and bruises, old injuries, growing pains, and bodies that just don’t seem to have enough time to recover, many young athletes simply keep pushing through.
Most common issues with young athletes i see are
Neck
Shoulders
Hips
Knee
At home I work on my own athlete almost daily to support his recovery and keep him moving well.
As parents we want our kids strong, healthy, and able to do what they love.
If your young athlete could use some extra support this summer I offer:
💜 Cell Sonic Regeneration electro pulses ( for quicker healing time )
💜 Deep tissue non-surgical treatments
💜 Recovery support for aches, stiffness, and tight muscles, sprains, broken bones , scar tissue
💜 Wellness consults to help support active families
Here’s to raising strong, resilient kids and helping them feel their best on and off the field.
What sport keeps your family busy this summer?
