STRENGTH TRAINING BENEFITS đđźââď¸
Strength training is one of my favourite forms of exercise. Some good music, a cute outfit and lifting heavy things can make any day feel so much better.
I find lots of women avoid strength training because they worry it can make them âbulkyâ or put higher emphasis on cardio (especially for weight loss)

⢠reduce risk of many types of chronic diseases
You donât even need a gym membership! A couple pairs of dumbbells and a YouTube video is all thatâs needed.
