💕 A quick update for all my wonderful clients—new and returning!

First of all, THANK YOU! I have been incredibly busy (which I’m so grateful for!), and I truly appreciate your support.

To help keep up with demand, I’ve hired an amazing marketing team to help with advertising and new client bookings, and they’re doing a fantastic job. I still personally manage my existing clients, so I wanted to let everyone know about a small change to our rescheduling process.

New policy:
If you ask to reschedule your appointment, we will now cancel your existing appointment immediately. Once you’re ready, we’ll find you a new date and time that works.

We’re making this change because we’ve had a few situations where someone requested to reschedule, but then didn’t reply to our messages to sort it out and choose a new appointment time. The original appointment remained on the schedule, reminder texts continued to go out, and by the time we realized there was a misunderstanding, that appointment could have been offered to someone on my waitlist.

So, if you ever receive a 48-hour reminder, please know that it means you have an active appointment. If you believe that’s incorrect, please send me a quick text right away so we can sort it out.

Please also remember that I’m still a one-woman show when it comes to caring for my current clients. I answer messages between appointments and outside business hours whenever I can, but I don’t always see every text immediately—especially if it comes in while I’m with a client, late at night, or early in the morning.

This small change should make things much clearer for everyone and help prevent any confusion or missed appointments.
