The Holidays are near.
There are families in Victoria that don't have food.
Joyce, a Yoga Together practitioner has been organizing an annual movement to bring
fresh food hampers to families at Christmas, via the Salvation Army, and we want to support.
Hampers will be delivered to families, containing mostly FRESH FOOD and some non-perishables for Holiday meals.

With your help, we can fill more hampers.
If you can, please bring along something from the non-perishable list, to your next class, (before Dec 17th)

“Ayurveda: Living In Balance”, Apr 16th, Victoria, BC

You will be introduced to Ayurvedic principles to help you understand your constitution and current state. Holi Fernwood!

In celebration of spring and sunshine!

'Holi' is the Indian festival of colors and is celebrated by throwing colored water and paints at friends, family and random passers-by.

When: Saturday, March 26th, 1pm-3pm

Where: Stevenson Park, the field behind the Fernwood Community Centre (1240 Gladstone), between Gladstone and Pembroke

What to bring: non-toxic, washable paint (more on that below), 1 litre water bottles (soft ones), sq**rt guns, empty dishsoap bottles, towel, extra jacket/sweater to keep dry for the walk home, etc.

What to wear: trashables... just in case ‘washable’ is a bit of an overstatement J

This is a kid-friendly event, so if you have little ones, bring them along, they’ll love it! Bring friends, too, the more the merrier.
