Everything we have selected in store are items we've sourced because we love the philosophies, quality and performance of these companies. On top of all these amazing products, we also guarantee the best price in town, everyday! We want to make it convenient for you, so if one of our local stores is running a sale we are more than happy to price match! Did you know we also host educational talks and workshops? We have a space above the store where we host talks every month from Naturopaths, Herbalists, Nutritionist and other outstanding experts. Tomorrow is our Mini Wellness Day and we’ve packed A LOT into one day 🌿🎉

First things first… the ENTIRE STORE is 10% OFF tomorrow! Yes, everything 👀

But the part we’re most excited about is everything happening in store throughout the day. Come learn something new, ask all your pressing health questions, try some delicious things, and maybe even leave with a sample or two 😉

From 10am to 2pm, Dr. Caitlin Nemec from Victoria Family Chiropractic will be offering complimentary posture and toe strength screenings 👣 Plus, Ryan, co founder of Mushroom Envy, will be here talking all things skincare, Living Alchemy will be diving into probiotics and gut health, and we’ll be sampling Lo Carb Crackers with L'Ancetre raw cheese. Honestly, come hungry 😂

Then from 2pm to 6pm, Kelly Hamilton will be offering complimentary acupuncture sessions for a little relaxation and reset 🌿 We’ll also have Fedor from Truehope offering free iodine testing, and Priya from AquaOmega sharing everything you’ve wanted to know about omega 3s, with tastings too!

Live demos will be happening all day, so even if you don’t have an appointment, there will be lots to see, taste, learn, and explore.
