Hayley uses her training, education, and experience in each session supported by her spirit guides and her intuitive ability to âfeelâ, âsenseâ or âseeâ underlying stressors or blocks that are being held in the cellular memory of your body. In a session, these unconscious stressors or blocks will surface when youâre ready to let go of them. When this happens Hayley âfeelsâ, âsensesâ or âseesâ these stressors or blocks in the form of muscle tension, color (emotions), objects, visions, vibration, feelings, or words. She uses specific techniqueâs to remove this stress and blocks from the body, creating
space to shift old beliefs systems, relieve anxiety and fear, clear trauma, relieve pain
and muscle tension and create space for flow and healthy communication within your
body-mind to heal. This space facilitates the growth of new neuropathways to form so you can create new positive thought patterns, shift your perception, experience personal growth, and live your life more in alignment with your heart! Hayley guides Reiki certification workshops for Reiki Level 1, 2 and Advanced/Master training. Hayley had the honour of receiving all of her Reiki training including her Karuna Reiki Master level with Sister Eileen Curtis. Hayley honours the wisdom and knowledge of Sister Eileen by including her teachings in her workshops and using her manuals. She has also incorporated her own additional research and experience to benefit her students. Hayley has designed each workshop to give students the time they need to connect with their own natural healing abilities, integrate this beautiful healing art into their lives and feel confident in their practice! Classes are relaxing, simple and informative. There is no pressure as Reiki is a gift that is passed onto you through an attunement process. It is a continual growing experience between teacher, mentor and student. Class sizes are always kept small. Hayley naturally tailors each class to meet her studentâs needs.
