1. Convenience: no drive, no booking, and a session whenever it fits your day.
2. Privacy: your own space, on your own schedule, with no waiting for a slot.
3. Build and testing (don’t skip): solid wood construction, and each unit is tested before it ships.
4. Heater coverage: heaters on the back, sides and front.
5. Do the math: compare what recurring visits would cost over a year with owning one.

Thinking about a home sauna? Here’s what “making room” really means:

Your evening sauna routine, in 5 steps:
1️⃣ Drink water before you go in
2️⃣ Wear light, breathable clothing or a towel, and sit on a towel
3️⃣ Set a timer
4️⃣ Leave electronics outside
5️⃣ Rest and cool down before anything else
Simple habits, a much better session. 🌙

Look at the walls

Notice the panels on the walls and under the bench?
That’s heater placement, and it’s one of the biggest things to check when you shop. Heaters on more sides mean the warmth reaches more of your body, not just the part facing one wall.
Ask every brand where their heaters are.

Two saunas can look identical and heat very differently.
Look at where the heaters actually are. Back, sides and front all matter, because more coverage means the warmth reaches more of your body, not just one spot.

What happens to a Sun Stream sauna before it reaches you?
✔ It’s assembled on the factory floor
✔ It goes through a quality control inspection
✔ It runs for at least an hour so we can check heating performance and electrical specs
A sauna should be tested before it gets to your home.

It started with a sauna. Now it's part of the routine.

Having a sauna at home makes it easier to fit a session into your own schedule.

If you're considering one, look beyond the photos and compare the materials, heater layout, and actual product specifications.

Three months later, and I still look forward to it every week. 🔥

One of the best parts of having a sauna at home is the convenience of making time for a session on your own schedule.

No appointments, no extra trips just your own space whenever it fits your routine.

Thinking about getting a home sauna? Start by considering how it fits your lifestyle, then look closely at its construction and specifications

Your phone can wait. Your time is yours. 📵

A sauna session can be an opportunity to step away from notifications, slow down, and enjoy a moment without distractions.

Leave your phone outside. Take your time. Make the experience your own.

Sometimes, the simplest part of a routine is giving yourself permission to pause.

Your next home upgrade could be more than just another renovation. 👀

A home sauna gives you a dedicated space to enjoy a session on your own schedule.

But before choosing one, look beyond the appearance. Consider the construction materials, heater placement, electrical requirements, and specifications behind the design.

A smart upgrade starts with knowing what you're buying.
