Here's a little message that came to me today from Spirit, as I fight against having to rest due to a knee injury. I think this is a message not just for me, but for a lot of us.

"Allow rest to be as much a part of this Earth experience as any other type of journey you take here. Rest is ALLOWED. Give yourself permission to rest".
