Finally posting some pics from Panama! 🇵🇦🫶🏽

I held a yoga and surfing retreat here in 2025 with & and it was such an amazing time!

I’m really grateful to all the women who showed up and trusted me as their guide this week 💗

One of my favourite memories from the retreat is of our first surf lesson 🩵

We were all in the water that sunny morning, playing and having fun. I remember looking across the waves and the ocean and seeing all these beautiful women learning to surf, paddling hard, facing their fears, laughing, catching waves and cruising to shore! 🏄🏽‍♀️

Watching that brought me so much joy! Thank you for having the courage to try, to adventure with me to a new country and step out of your comfort zone and meet a different version of you 💗

Panama is such a beautiful and varied country, with great climate, kind people, great food and culture ☺️

I will definitely be back ❤️

Hi Friends! ☺️

I’ve been pretty quiet on here for a while. Taking time to reflect on life, recalibrate and explore avenues to help me build towards bigger dreams 💗✨

So much of that process requires quiet, space, and finding inspiration again.

I wanted to share some of the practices that help me through this process, because building towards an aligned life can feel challenging, especially if you don’t even know what you want! And when what we want can change.

Here are some practices that help me hear the whispers of my heart, so that I can build towards a life in alignment with my dreams, values and community.

My yoga practice and clocking quiet time on my mat both in movement and meditation are a huge part of this process 💗
