You’re warmly invited into an evening of insight, healing, and deep energetic reset as we gather to honour the energy of the Summer Solstice ✨

Together, Lauren Elfman and I will guide you through a nourishing experience designed to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, receive guidance, and create space for expansion.

🌙 Lauren will begin the evening with channelled tarot readings and intuitive messages — offering gentle guidance from the stars, your spirit team, and your Higher Self.

🎶 We’ll then move into a restorative Sound Bath Journey with me, Virginia, using sound, vibration, meditation, and frequency to support nervous system regulation, energetic integration, grounding, and renewal.

This evening is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and align with the energy you’re ready to cultivate moving forward into the second half of the year.

Thoughts for the day…

You know… life is just SO much right now.
Wars around the world. Loss, destruction, tragedy.
Financial systems, governments, healthcare, media… you name it. So many systems feel like they’re in the midst of collapse.

And everywhere you turn, there are prophecies, predictions, “knowings” that it’s all going to be okay. And truthfully, I do believe that. But there are also days where I’m like… “any fu**in time now.”

The great flash.
The earth shaking.
The sudden leap in consciousness.
The next full moon.
The Summer Solstice.
The Lion’s Gate portal…

At some point it starts to feel like a never-ending tease to the main attraction. And today, I’m done.

I don’t care about the government, the chem trails, or the whackiness all around me. I’m done feeding it my energy.

Instead, I spend time in meditation, grounding into connection with Self.
I listen to audiobooks and music.
I cook my meals, clean my home, do my laundry, and simply practice being present in the place where I physically am, moment by moment.

Because I’ve learned that in all the noise, I must make time to tune in… in order to tune out.

With this New Moon, I’m planting the seed of intention for awareness.
Awareness of who I am in each moment.
Awareness of how I want to show up — for myself and for others.

Because all that other stuff… is not my stuff.

I’ll continue to keep a finger on the pulse of life, but I’m consciously choosing not to give it so much of my energy anymore.

And lastly… I’m committing to taking five minutes every day to close my eyes and truly see the life I want to live, and the world I want to Be in.

And so it is. ✨
