Big news for our osteopathy community! 🤍 Meghan will now be in our Dundas clinic every Thursday, while Michelle will be seeing patients throughout the week in Waterdown as usual.

🌱 Meghan recently moved to the area and is putting down roots with us—we’re so excited for you to meet her!

One of the things we love most about our osteopathy team is how seamlessly they work together. Dryden, Michelle, and Meghan all graduated from the same osteopathy program and share the same approach to patient care. That means if you’re an osteopathy patient at OM, you can confidently book your follow-up appointments with any of them. They communicate, collaborate, and support one another to ensure you receive consistent, thoughtful care every step of the way.

Right at the very top of your head lies a powerful acupuncture point known as GV20 (Bai Hui) — often called the “meeting point of all energies.”

Traditionally used to support calm, clarity, and grounding, gentle stimulation of this point is a simple way to reconnect with yourself in moments of stress or overwhelm.

A small point with a big reminder: come back to centre.

Acupuncture can be a part of your naturopathic appointment or as a standalone service offered by our Naturopathic Doctor at both of our OM locations. This is covered by most extended health benefit companies and we are able to direct Bill on your behalf to most major insurance companies. 📚☀️ OUR KIDS SUMMER READING PROGRAM IS BACK STARTING IN JULY!☀️📚

We’re so excited to bring back one of our favourite summer traditions at OM Integrative Healthcare!

📚 We created this annual program to encourage peaceful, screen-free moments, inspire a love of reading, and help support learning throughout the summer as children prepare for the school year ahead.

✨ Here’s how it works:

📖 Pick up a reading tracker sheet at OM or send us an email and we’ll happily send one to you.

📧 Register your child by emailing us to let us know they’re participating (this helps us make sure we have enough prizes ready!).

🎉 Complete the reading tracker and earn fun prizes along the way.

🎟️ When finished, submit your ballots (3, earned as you make your way through the tracker) into our prize jar for a chance to win our BIG GRAND PRIZE!

Whether your child loves chapter books, graphic novels, picture books, recipe books or being read to, every page counts toward the adventure!

Let’s make this summer full of stories, imagination, and reading fun. 📚❤️

⭐️ Meet Meghan! ⭐️ She has joined our Osteopathy team in Dundas!

Meghan is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (M.OMSc.) and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics and a Master of Science in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Guelph.

She also brings valuable clinical experience in cardiac rehabilitation, which further shaped her understanding of human health, recovery, and long-term wellness!

We’re super excited for everyone to get to know her! From the moment we met her she felt like part of the team!😃

Do you look like you have it all together on the outside, but feel overwhelmed on the inside?

High-functioning anxiety often hides behind busy schedules, achievement, people-pleasing, and the constant pressure to keep everything running smoothly. While others may see you as capable and successful, internally you may be struggling with worry, perfectionism, overthinking, or feeling like you can never truly relax.

This fall, Stacey and Jon are planning to offer a Therapeutic Process Group focused on understanding and navigating high-functioning anxiety in a supportive and confidential environment. This group will provide an opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences, gain insight, develop coping strategies, and feel less alone in the process.
