All the feels when you get a client with so many natural lashes 😍

My client has a go-to look:
- Longest lengths in the middle
- Top + middle layers have classics in C curl - Bottom layer has volumes in D curl

Let’s talk about how long it takes to create a new properly attached-precisely mapped-full coverage-layered hybrid set 🤔
This set took me about 2 hours!!!! Totally not a bad thing, in my opinion. Imagine each time it takes to isolate correctly, create a fan correctly, dip into the glue correctly, and attach correctly 🥹
Take your time with your sets! Your clients are your walking advertisements 📸 — don’t lose clients just because you want to finish 30 minutes faster ✨

✨ Mapping guidelines for this hybrid fill

↑ Top + Middle layer: C curl, .12, 10mm-14mm
↓ Bottom layer: D curl, .03, 9mm-12mm

✨ By adding the lesser C curl on the top layers and the D curl on the bottom layer, you can create a look that has more texture! I find that a combination of curls gives that wispiness that most clients look for in their lash design 💕

THAT BEING SAID, having long natural lashes doesn’t always mean you have to put long lash extensions! There are so many ways to style the eyes including shorter lengths ☺️

Had appointments yesterday and forgot to take any before or after pictures 🥹
Fortunately, I took a good 20 or so during another appointment!

Take as MANY photos of your work (even if it takes you 30 photos for that 1 good one). Whether it be for social media content, portfolio images, or a website banner - have collection of images that you can choose from!

Happy Tuesday everyone! 🤍🤍

My client Liz comes for a refill once every 2.5-3 weeks! Here’s a checklist of a few things that I look for during a refill appointment:

✨Grown outs that need to be removed so that a new lash extension can be attached closer to the natural lash’s base

✨A clean eye area with no dirt | oil | makeup (especially on the lash line and bases of the natural lashes)

✨Lashes pointed in a direction that doesn’t follow the eye-shape pattern

✨Current mapping style enhanced and compliments the eye pattern

✨Areas that have less hair (because of natural fall out) — this lets me know to use wider fans to help cover any blank space while waiting for any baby lashes to grow longer!

Remember that clients who come back for refills are just as important as your new clients! You want to service everyone with the same level of effort.
