RAC This is the Official Page of the Residence Athletic Council at Wilfrid Laurier University. Most popular classes include Zumba & Cyclefit!

Every Thursday night through the school term, the Residence Athletic Council hosts League Play from 8pm - 1am which includes the following sports: Men's Basketball, Men & Women's Volleyball, Co-Ed Dodgeball and Co-Ed outdoor Soccer. These are full year competitive leagues available for all first year students at Wilfrid Laurier University. Along with League play, RAC also host two Health & Wellnes

s classes every Thursday from 7pm-8pm and again from 8-9pm. All Health & Wellness classes are FREE! We Hope to see you all out at these events in the New Year! Like and follow us for all First year League Play and Health & Wellness class schedules & updates!
