Maximize your results from your RAPID session!
A few simple do’s and don’ts can make a big difference in how your body responds to treatment.
At Stride physio we use RAPID NeuroFascial Reset to help reduce pain, restore movement, and get you back to doing what you love, faster!
- To get the most out of your RAPID session, we recommend:
- Eating lightly and staying hydrated
- Breathing and staying relaxed during treatment
- Moving gently afterward (think walking, not workouts)
- Avoiding heavy training for 24–48 hours
- Expecting some soreness before things feel better

Our hips are big, stable joints that can handle a lot of rotation and load. When the hips are stiff, the low back and the knees have to make up for it. A good hip mobility routine can take up to 15 minutes, but it gets results for both back and knee pain . If you are unable to do the above, you probably should work on hip mobility- let Strodw help you figure out how.
