Dr. Kate Ferguson, ND Women's Health Naturopathic Doctor
Founder of the PCOS Confidence Code

I am a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a passion for empowering others to achieve optimal health and wellness. It was through my own health struggles that I discovered naturopathic medicine, and appreciated it for not applying a temporary solution to my symptoms, but rather addressing the root cause of my concerns. It is my vision to help others achieve their health goals through treating them a

s a whole person and catering to their unique needs. My practice has a special focus on hormonal health, PCOS, women’s health, fertility, stress management, weight management, anxiety, athletic performance, and digestive concerns. As a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and former varsity athlete I value the importance of physical activity in supporting the mind-body connection, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I often incorporate mindfulness-based practices, and personalized exercise plans into treatment plans, to effectively treat the whole individual. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have or book a complimentary 15 minute meet- and -greet to find out more about how I can help you!

You don’t need to try harder, you need the right plan for YOU, and the support and accountability to actually implement it.

I’ve always wished I could touch base with my patients at least once a week while they tackle their plan, so much can happen in 4-6 weeks.

I want to be able to see you the week before your period when everything might be harder, when you’re having a crazy week at work, or when your kids are home sick from school. I want to see you when life happens so we can make sure your plan is durable enough to carry you through those moments.

That’s why I created the Evolved Metabolic Method- a high touch program where you get the support you need to make long lasting change with it comes to your PMOS or Perimenopause.

Comment EMM and I’ll send you the info to sign up for the waitlist, you’ll be the first to know when we launch with a special founders offer 🤍

I’m sorry if this hurt your feelings but I’m not sorry if it gives you the gentle and loving kick in the but you need to do the things!!

If you’re too tired to exercise, you might need to go to bed at a decent hour.
If you’re exhausted at 2pm, you probably need to meal prep your lunches.
If you’re too tired to go to the gym, you probably just need to go to the gym.
If you want to feel more confident in your body, you need to fuel and lift the weights, not reduce your food intake.

You can do the hard thing! The results and life you want probably live on the other side.

If your plan is just a list of things to avoid or not do, it’s not a plan, it’s a punishment.

Your plan should be focused on what to include, and exactly what to do each week so you can support yourself.

A well thought out PMOS (PCOS) plan, is clear, actionable, and repeatable. It carries you through vacations, major life stressors, and everyday responsibilities without feeling like a second job.

The reality is your PMOS is with you for life, how you choose to manage it should feel like something you can do on repeat. It should be customized and curated to fit your world, not the other way around.

If you’re ready for a real life approach comment READY and I’ll DM you more info on how to get started 🤍

Your body weight is the least interesting thing about you.

You can be metabolically healthy or unhealthy at any body weight.

Body weight might help us estimate your needed dose for an iron infusion or what your protein intake should be, but otherwise I am looking at other metrics for your health.

Like how much more weight you can squat after 6 months of consistently with your strength training 😉.

Those strong legs are going to help prevent you from falling, and keep you independent into your 80s. Striving for the smallest number on the scale without prioritizing your muscle mass, will do just the opposite.

Stop shrinking. Start building.

Want help becoming your strongest and most confident self? Comment EMM and I’ll send you the waitlist info for the Evolved Metabolic Method launching this fall. A high support program designed to help you stop fighting with your body, and start supporting it to feel strong, confident, and consistent 🤍🤍🤍

A little bit of everything that might help and a dash of stuff that won’t (or might hurt) is not the same as targeted individualized supplementation curated to your needs.

You are special and unique my friend, and so should your health care plan 🤍
