With proper nourishment, the body is able to consistently cleanse, repair and maintain ideal function. My consultations are more than helping you know how and what to eat. I look at the big picture. I want to hear about how you are feeling, and address all of your symptoms, and work with you to bring your body back into balance. The body should work synergistically, like a well oiled machine. When

the body has issues, often each part starts working separately – just trying to survive. I strive to get your body working as a whole again, thriving, and in turn get you feeling symptom free. I help clients understand the foundations of nutrition and the body, while incorporating simple practices to gain positive results. Do you have extended health care? Your treatment may be covered! I hold the designations of CNP, RNCP and ROHP that are covered by selected plans offered by some insurance providers.
