In life, people will say, "Don't be so serious." At times, we get caught up in everyday stresses, whether work, family, or personal setbacks.
As we age, we start to reflect on our life experiences. We forget to have fun. To be openly free to feel what fun used to be like.
We allow life challenges to get in the way of truly living in joy.
Our ego minds take over and trigger unnecessary reactions to behaviours we didn't see coming.
