~TRUST~

An ongoing theme for my family and myself in this season is trust.

Not only to trust the process, trust each other and to put confidence in one another, but also trustworthiness.

Am I trustworthy to my child?

Can he trust me to make the right decision for his education?

Does he trust me to hold him in his most vulnerable moments and not falter in my values?

When I become curious about what his needs are real time it cures any judgment that occurs.

When I show up with attuned presence and loving awareness he is seen, heard, and understood as we are hard wired for connection in this way.

I am in the experience of learning what trust truly means and mirroring with my boy has been monumental for us both.

When you trust you have traction and what that means to me is that a foundation of growth and contribution within a family unit can have a powerful ripple effect in a community and the world at large.

When we commit to our personal growth, do the hard things, get uncomfortable and face and release what no longer serves, we begin to trust ourselves more.

The more I trust in the process by doing the thing, I have the power to create the life that is my birth right. You best believe my child witnesses this in his mama every day and can trust me to show him what doing the work looks like.

Surrender into love and trust that you will see it through.

I believe in you and in our ability as a community to rise.
