Discover and learn the art of fermentation! In this 3 hr class we will take the mystery our of fermentation and learn exactly what it and how to do it safely. Ferment are a probiotic rich food that are fun a gratifying to make. We will learn basic principle of fermentation, gain understanding and confidence to ferment foods. Enjoy some tasting and demo along with making your own ferments to bring home!
