Legends Hockey had Prabh Bhathal long time client and Brandon Wheat Kings Hockey Club (WHL) draft pick, showcase a few drills to help local hockey players with their off-ice conditioning. The Legends Hockey High Performance Program starts in 3 weeks.

🚨Team Training

As tryouts start this week, we are shifting from individual training to team training sessions.

Our team training program is an excellent team building event that utilizes various conditioning exercise to ensure the athletes can keep their gains from the off-season and stay at the top of their game throughout the course of the season. Team training sessions are 60 minutes in duration and focus on muilt-joint stability exercises, flexibility, total body strength, speed and agility, endurance, core and power.

Sessions are available during the following times throughout Fall, Winter and Spring:
✅ Access to our in-season injury prevention methods​​
✅ VIP access to our medical clinic. Athletes will be seen within 24 hrs of injury.
✅ Nutritional coaching upon request
Yoga and boxing sessions upon request.

Training session options are Monday - Friday 6:45pm or 8:00pm and Saturdays from 1:00pm - 3:00pm
