Do you ever find yourself going round and round with a problem, only to end up exactly where you started?
We often assume that if we think harder, we'll find the answer. But much of our thinking is built from what we already know, replaying familiar patterns and perspectives.
There is another way.
Athletes sometimes describe it as being "in the zone"—a state where everything seems to flow naturally, without second-guessing or forcing. We might also call it inner wisdom, intuitive knowing, or higher guidance.
In my upcoming two-part online series, Accessing Higher Guidance for Your Life, we'll explore how to move beyond the Monkey Mind and access a more spacious, reliable source of guidance.
