Another successful pelvic health internship completed!

It is always such a joy to have students in the clinic! They have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of pelvic health patients and get hands on experience before heading out into practice...it also keeps us on our toes 😉

The pelvic floor support is not the only factor to consider☝🏼.

- Ensuring the pelvic floor coordinates with the other core muscles is key 🔑

Ouf. This is a great explanation!

We see patients all the time who say a well meaning manual therapist has told them their pelvis or hips are out of alignment... Our message?! You’re not that fragile.

Pain science tell us the FEAR of movement can amplify pain and make us move in unbalanced ways and make us feel very misaligned.
