Personal Shopper

Whistler Grocery Service & Delivery is hiring a Personal Shopper to join our team.
We provide personal shopping services to discerning customers who desire a concierge experience while in Whistler. Our primary customers are affluent visitors from all over the world as well as full and part-time residents of Whistler. We also work closely with the top property management companies in Whistler to provide our services to their clients during their stay. Our key services we provide include:
• Grocery delivery
• Liquor delivery
• Special Orders (pharmacy, grocery shops in Vancouver at specialty shops, ie. TNT Supermarket, Butchers, Ethnic Specialty Stores)
• Purebread Birthday Cakes
• Balloons
• Florist
• Gift Baskets
• Cheese, fruit, meat platters
• Cigar Shop
• Ci******es, E-cigarettes
• Personal Chef's
• …AND SO MUCH MORE
The ideal Candidate LOVES to shop, be highly motivated, possess excellent customer service skills, have exceptional phone manner, and has an appreciation for the “finer things” in life. Job duties include:
• Personally shop and deliver grocery orders, liquor orders, as well as other specialty orders as needed
• Put the groceries away inside the home prior to guest arrival, if requested.
• Calling/texting customers to verify orders and approve substitutions
• Providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients
Compensation:
• Part-time
• 2-3 days per/week
• Must be available to work between 8am-6pm
• Flexible Schedule, work from home
• $25-30/hr plus tips

We even pay you $150 on call fee per day even if no deliveries come in and you don't have to work.

Must love to shop and providing AWESOME customer service. The successful candidate will have a vehicle, iPad, smart phone with internet access and is comfortable with mobile shopping technology.
