Resharing this as a friendly reminder of the Cancelation Policy!!

Reminder of the Cancellation Policy:
I want to remind everyone to please let me know 24 hours in advance if you can not make your appointment. Within the past two months I have had 6 clients not show up for their appointment and 7 clients cancel last minute (within an hour of their appointment time). For this reason the cancellation policy is in place and a fee will be charged.

While I understand the weather has been so nice lately, when a client cancels last minute or don’t show up at all often times the appointment can’t get filled due to such short notice.

I also wanted to make a note that text message and email reminders are only a courtesy service and it is the clients responsibility of their scheduled appointment dates and times, as stated in the cancellation policy every client is required to sign.

Revolution Massage turns THREE today 🎉🎉 Thank you to all my clients that have made 3 years feel like 3 weeks. It has been such a joy treating everyone. Although you all come for a massage treatment, most days feel like catch up sessions. Can’t wait to see what year 3 in business has in store!!
