Rotation tells a story. ☀️🌿

Lately I’ve been using the Matcha Method to unfold and explore through rotational patterns in my sessions — creating movement the body doesn’t normally access while letting the nervous system down regulate through breath, fascia, movement, fresh air, and sunlight.

Something hits different when you take the work outside.
The body softens. The mind quiets. The movement flows easier.

Not forcing the body deeper.
Just giving it space to open naturally.

HYROX #4 ✅

This one felt different.
Didn’t get the prep block I normally would’ve wanted… only about 6 weeks to really dial things in.

But this race had one theme:

Got that dawg in me.
And apparently… the dawg was dehydrated and fighting for his life 😂👅

Truthfully, I didn’t get tickets for people to watch this year, but somehow I never felt alone for a second. The HYROX community is unreal. Complete strangers cheering you on while you question every life decision during wall balls and sled pushes 😂

Huge love to my sister and my adopted family for being there since race #1.
To for supporting me and allowing me to represent the brand as an ambassador.
To for keeping me fueled.
To the fam for constantly kicking my butt with HYROX classes.
And for hosting such an unreal event and building an amazing HYROX community.

And of course… my REAL dawgs Saint & Gus 🐶 and my momma — who probably thinks I’m insane for doing these races but supports me every single time ❤️

There’s something beautiful about choosing to do the thing you’re not good at… yet.

For me, that’s running. That’s HYROX.
And honestly, it’s become one of the biggest blessings in my life.

It pushes me into places I would never willingly go on my own. Every race strips something away and reveals something deeper — not just physically, but mentally.

People think I measure these races by time, placements, or what stations I crushed. I don’t.
I measure them by how many times that voice in my head says “you can’t”… and I answer back with “WE CAN.”

Through the doubt.
Through the discomfort.
Through the exhaustion.

Every race changes me. My life genuinely shifts after them.

This is my version of climbing the mountain.
Not because I’m naturally great at it… but because I know the only way to reach the top is to keep climbing.

I train people like athletes… because that’s how I see them.

I see capability.
I see strength.
I see movement waiting to be unlocked.

Some have never been coached that way.
Never been believed in that way.
Never felt what it’s like to move with confidence, purpose, and power.

Then something clicks—
their body opens up, their confidence rises, and they begin doing things they never thought possible.

That moment is why I do what I do.
Helping people find the athlete within—on their own field, in their own way.

Since 2008 — 18 years — I’ve been a diehard fan of the New Orleans Saints, but truthfully football became more than a game to me… it became how I understood life.

I wasn’t the kid growing up everyone looked at and thought athlete.
I was the chubby kid.
The kid trying to find confidence.
Trying to find belonging.
Trying to find his field.

And I found it in the gym.

I treated every workout like it was game day. Every rep had purpose. Every setback was film to study. Every lesson was another play added to the playbook. And somewhere along the way, bodywork became my true field — the place where my gift could shine.

Not from ego.
Not from arrogance.
But because I finally gave myself a team to believe in… me.

I became the athlete in my own story.

Because football teaches you what life does too — you get out what you put in.
Discipline matters.
Heart matters.
Preparation matters.
And when you’ve got that dog in you — that hunger to keep learning, keep grinding, keep chasing greatness — you become hard to stop.

My field just looks different.
My plays look different.
But make no mistake…

I’m still chasing greatness every single day like an athlete under the lights. ⚜️💪

As the new year unfolds and we move deeper into the month,
there’s a quiet moment where new adventures begin to call.
A time to shed old beliefs, patterns, and habits
that no longer serve the life you’re building.

No matter what you’re trying to achieve —
big or small —
the belief in yourself has to be there,
day in and day out.

And that’s where the beautiful part happens.
Where change stops being an idea
and starts becoming your real life.

One of my favorite parts of this work is the trust built between the body and the practitioner. Once that trust is established, creativity unfolds endlessly. I don’t work on your body — I work with it. And that truth shows up in every single session.
