Rotation tells a story. ☀️🌿
Lately I’ve been using the Matcha Method to unfold and explore through rotational patterns in my sessions — creating movement the body doesn’t normally access while letting the nervous system down regulate through breath, fascia, movement, fresh air, and sunlight.
Something hits different when you take the work outside.
The body softens. The mind quiets. The movement flows easier.
Not forcing the body deeper.
Just giving it space to open naturally.
