Strength isn’t always loud.

Sometimes strength is carrying things nobody knows about and still showing up with a smile.

It’s being knocked down by life and refusing to become bitter because of it.

It’s choosing to keep your heart open after it’s been hurt. Choosing growth instead of resentment. Choosing to believe there’s still something good ahead.

Some of the strongest people you’ll ever meet are the ones who have every reason to be hardened by life…

But somehow, they stayed soft.
