What if everything goes right? 🌈
You know, exactly as planned, just like you’re hoping it too. Ever notice yourself fall into the exact opposite thought pattern. Me too some days. Our brain is wired to focus on the negative. One negative thought can can quickly lead to worst case scenario thinking. This type of thinking can lead to anxiety and overwhelm and effect your health.
Here are some strategies to shift from fear to love;
✨ the first step is just bringing awareness to negative thinking and choosing more loving thoughts that serve you. Some days it is certainly easier said than done but awareness is the first step.
✨Our thoughts aren’t always real. Remind yourself that when you notice yourself future-thinking.
✨Just getting outside in nature can shift your perspective. Find your happy place; the lake, a forest, a river. Nature really does heal. 🌱
✨Lean into gratitude. Keep reminding yourself of all of the love that surrounds you and remind yourself so many people are grateful for you 🥰
✨Step onto your Yoga Mat. Even 5-10 minutes on your mat can shift your perspective. Yoga calms your nervous system and as you practice you become less reactive to your thoughts.
✨ Meditation. Finding stillness or a walking Meditation is good for your soul, Mama. Take 5 minutes and repeat this affirmation to yourself,
“Everything is working in my favour”
