We’re excited to welcome Anand Ondhia to the PTM team as our new Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
Anand’s path to osteopathy started in the same place many patients begin, trying to figure out why his own body wasn’t recovering the way it should. Years of training in karate, yoga, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu led to injuries that didn’t fully resolve with standard approaches, until he discovered osteopathy and began to understand the “why” behind persistent pain and dysfunction.
Now, Anand takes a whole-body approach to care, focusing on how structure and function work together and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.
He works with patients managing chronic pain, sports and activity-related injuries, postural issues, headaches/migraines, concussion recovery, and those simply looking to move better and feel less limited in daily life.
He also brings specialized training in craniosacral therapy and pediatric care, along with a deep background as a yoga teacher and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, giving him a unique perspective on both performance and recovery.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find him still teaching, training, studying, and spending time in nature whenever he can.
Welcome to the team, Anand.
