All Nations Healing House Primary health care for First Nations, Indigenous people and their families. Indigenous ways of knowing and being are the foundation of these centres.

The First Nations Wellness Centre in Williams Lake provides culturally safe and trauma-informed primary health care for First Nations and Indigenous people and their families. They include Elders, Traditional Healers and other Indigenous care providers as core members of the health-care team who work in close collaboration with family doctors, nurse practitioners and other providers to provide hol

The centre serves the needs of the First Nation and Indigenous population in the Williams Lake area and the 15 communities of the Secwepemc, Tsilhqot’in, Dakelh Dené Nations. Smoke season is fast approaching! Be prepared! 🔥 Exposure to smoke summer after summer can be damaging to your lungs. Even though it is impossible to avoid it completely, your lungs will appreciate the break they get being inside a home that has cleaner air circulating. These DIY box fan air cleaners are actually shown to be better at cleaning air than many commercially sold air purifiers! We have a limited amount of supplies available, so sign up early to reserve your spot. However, even if we are out of supplies, you are more than welcome to join the fun, have a snack, have a few laughs (good medicine!) and learn how to make one anyway!😁
