I have phone appointment openings Thurs, Fri, and Sat for distance healing sessions — no travel required, wherever you are.

If you’ve never worked with me before: I help people get to the root of what’s holding them back — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. That can look like chronic digestive issues,sleep challenges , depression, anxiety, brain fog, anger that doesn’t seem to have a clear cause, recurring UTI’s, chronic pain, stress, or issues that haven’t responded to anything else.
There is not much that can’t be improved or healed with a session .
I also work with children — gently and effectively, even very young ones. They don’t need to be present for the session; I work with them remotely, then send parents an audio recap of what came up, or with the parents on the phone .

Your body already knows how to heal.
It is not broken. It is not working against you. Every system in your body is oriented toward balance, toward ease, toward life. That is not a belief — it is biology.

But sometimes the mind gets in the way.

Unresolved emotional stress does not disappear. It settles into the body. It shows up as tension, as pain, as that persistent feeling that something is just not right. The body is not malfunctioning. It is speaking.

This is where breath becomes the bridge.

When I work with clients, conscious breathing is one of the primary tools I use to restore the conversation between body and mind. Not as a relaxation technique — as a reset. Breath bypasses the analytical mind and speaks directly to the nervous system. It creates the conditions for the body to release what it has been holding, sometimes for years.

The physical discomfort you feel often has an emotional root. Address the root, and the body moves. That is not magic. That is the body doing exactly what it was designed to do — once the interference is cleared.

If you have been living with tension, pain, or a sense of unease that nothing seems to touch, this is worth exploring.

Your body has not given up on you. It has been waiting for the right conditions.

Most people know I work with stress, trauma, and emotional healing. What fewer people realize is how far that work reaches into the physical body.

Your heart doesn’t just feel emotions. It carries them. That ache in the chest, the irregular rhythm, the breathing that never quite feels full — these aren’t always purely physical, and they’re rarely separate from what we’ve been through emotionally.

Through energy healing, I regularly work with clients experiencing:

Heart health concerns — emotional heaviness, grief held in the chest, irregular heartbeats, and physical pain or pressure around the heart

Respiratory issues — chronic allergies, asthma, shortness of breath, and lingering symptoms that can follow illness like long Covid

Anxiety — whether it shows up as racing thoughts, a tight chest, or a nervous system that never seems to settle

Hormonal and reproductive health — infertility, painful periods, irregular cycles, and the emotional weight that often travels alongside these challenges

Many of the people who find their way to me have already tried everything else. They’ve seen the specialists, followed the protocols, and still something isn’t shifting. That’s often exactly when this work begins to make sense — because what hasn’t been addressed yet is the energetic and emotional layer underneath.

The body keeps a record of everything it has been through. When we work at the energetic level, we’re addressing the root — not just managing symptoms.

This work complements medical care — it doesn’t replace it. But for many people, it’s the missing piece.

Healing for Children — Newborns to Teenagers
A lot of people don’t realize that the work I do extends to kids of all ages, and it can make a real difference.
Most of the time I work by distance, and parents are often surprised to hear they don’t even need to be on the phone with me. I do the session, and when it’s done I send you an audio summary of what came up and what was addressed. This also removes a lot of the anxiety children can feel about being touched or coming in person — which in itself makes the whole process easier for everyone.
This kind of work has been helpful for developmental challenges, learning disorders, trouble reading, sleep problems, anxiety, difficulty coping with stress, immune issues, and physical pain — among other things. Children often respond quickly, which is one of the things that makes working with them so rewarding.
