Osteopathy is a principles-based, hands-on therapy founded on the teachings of Dr. Andrew Taylor Still. Osteopathy uses gentle manual techniques to improve mobility, relieve tension, and support the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate.

Osteopathic Manual Therapy is guided by core principles that recognize the connection between structure and function, with the goal of restoring balance throughout the musculoskeletal, nervous, circulatory, visceral, and cranial systems.
