Mastering the Moment

In times of conflict and struggle

You must master the moment

When shocking news stops you

You must master the moment

When things don't work out as you planned

You must master the moment

When the one you trusted deceives you

You must master the moment

When you wonder when it will get better

You must master the moment

Stop the endless spiraling thoughts in your head

Master the moment

Breathe and observe what is happening

The universe, the all knowing is teaching you something

Are you listening

Will you pass the test

Master the moment by giving all your attention to the lesson

Knowing that beyond what you are perceiving

Is the universal plan for you

The journey of your evolution

You must be patient, be still and commune with the divine

Let go of your egoic longings

Tap into the tune and rhythm of your heart and soul

Be prepared for change

Dismantle all the things that kept you stationary

Life is about movement and flow

So own the moment

Own your choices

Live the life you love

Master that love through truth and honesty

Choose to move intentionally

Lead yourself home

To the master within yourself

Master the moment
