The yoga retreat at White Birch Wholistics Windsor was so peaceful! 🧘‍♀️🕉🧘‍♂️. It was exactly what was needed to focus on self-care, reconnect with the practice, and get back to nature.

​We even got to plant bonsai trees to bring a bit of that calm home with us—I’m determined to keep mine thriving as long as I can! 🪴✨

Have you ever seen baby raccoons before? We got to see a family of them today! No matter what the weather is like, Blake makes sure we get out for our daily walk, but we were especially happy to have the sun shining for this surprise. It’s amazing what you notice when you take the time to enjoy the nature right around you.
