🎃 SETS FROM THE CRYPT 💀

October has returned, which means it’s time to raise the dead… and the volume.

Once again, anyone brave enough to join me will spend the month enduring the horror of German Volume Training — 10 sets of 10 reps and enough volume to make your muscles wish they’d stayed buried.

This year’s prescription:

💀 Ghoulume Training — terrifying amounts of volume.
🪦 Rest in Reps — because the only resting around here happens between sets.
🏋️ 10 × 10 German Volume Training — where the real nightmare begins.

Take your creatine. Dig deep. And prepare to discover what’s really lurking at the bottom of set ten.

The Crypt is open. Who’s in? 🎃💪
