Today’s Energy Threshold
After observing the energy around us today- and both commenting on how it almost feels like everyone is moving fast but in slow motion- we decided to look at today's "threshold" using the lens of our threshold sessions and explore what kind of energy this particular day may be introducing.
I have a strong belief that once you understand something- the energy around it settles because it's no longer begging for you to pay attention to it, you've given it what it needs- acknowledgment.

From the moment we stepped out of the house today, interactions seemed to swing between chaotic and emotionally heightened, then suddenly distant and withdrawn—as though people were physically present but mentally and emotionally somewhere else. There is movement happening, but also a lack of motivation. People seem to be moving faster than where they emotionally are, trying to make decisions, create momentum or push something forward before they have fully caught up with themselves. Like the road runner running to nowhere is how I have been seeing it.
Today’s energy helps us understand why.
This threshold carries the energy of moving beyond routine and recognizing that the way we have been functioning may no longer fit where we are going. Something is changing—not necessarily all at once or in a way that can be clearly explained yet—but enough that continuing to wear the same identity, play the same role or move through the same patterns may begin to feel uncomfortable.
Today marks a threshold where that begins to change.
It may be time to try on a new mask—not because you are pretending to be someone else, but because the one you have been wearing no longer fits who you are becoming.
You may feel ready to move forward one moment and completely withdraw the next. You may have a strong response without knowing what to do with it. You may feel excited by a possibility but lack the emotional clarity or energy to act on it yet.
That doesn’t mean nothing is happening.
This is an emotionally charged threshold. The mind and body may be moving at different speeds. Your mind may already be planning the next chapter while the rest of you is still processing what the last one meant, making you disconnected from yourself- or almost like there are two versions of you within yourself.
Today may bring awareness around:
The roles you have outgrown
Routines that no longer support you
Commitments you are reconsidering
Relationships or agreements that feel unbalanced
A desire for movement without clarity about the direction
The need to pull back and process before stepping forward
A new version of yourself that is beginning to emerge
If you feel chaotic, disconnected, unmotivated or only half-present today, you don’t need to force yourself back into productivity. Just observe that you may simply be standing between who you have been and who you are becoming.
Let the emotional wave move before you decide what comes next. Respond to what is genuinely in front of you instead of racing ahead of where you actually are.
The old mask may no longer fit—but you don’t have to immediately define the new one.
The gift within today’s threshold comes when we stop trying to force the energy into an immediate answer. When we allow the emotional intensity to settle, we create space to recognize what is genuinely asking for our commitment, what has reached completion and what direction actually feels satisfying to move toward.
This energy is trying to show us the difference between movement and aligned movement. We don’t have to rush into becoming someone new simply because the person we have been no longer fits. The gift is the awareness itself—the opportunity to release an outdated role, respond differently and allow a more authentic version of ourselves to emerge naturally.
You don’t need to know exactly who you are becoming today. Simply notice what no longer feels natural to keep carrying. The direction will become clearer when you stop trying to arrive before the rest of you is ready

Happy Beltane!! Now that things have settled with the creation of Mastering the Soul, I’m opening things back up 🤍

I’ve been working hard (and by me I mean Michael 😅) to get my new personal office just perfect.

as of May 1, I’ll officially be opening up my new space — same feel as my “dungeon” in the basement, but now within the beautiful space we’ve been building with the community… and a new name.

Following your dreams is powerful.
But following them with love and unwavering support beside you? That changes everything.
This man amplified my vision in ways I didn’t even know were possible. What started as individual paths evolved into something we intentionally chose to build together — and in the process, we built each other too.
Through the work we embody and live every day, we’ve explored who we are at our core, how we’re wired, how we communicate, and how we support one another’s strengths. We didn’t just dream about creating something bigger… we became the kind of people who could hold it.
Mastering the Soul — our center — is a reflection of that. It’s built on shared vision, aligned purpose, deep trust, and the belief that growth happens best in safe, authentic spaces.

We believe in authenticity.
And we believe that when two people truly support each other’s expansion, the ripple effect reaches far beyond them.

It’s been a little quiet over here… and for good reason.
I have been busy behind the scenes making some big changes — and I am so excited to finally share them with you.
I have transitioned from my solo witchy space into something much bigger. I am now co-owner of a full center alongside my partner, and together we have created something truly special.

Welcome to Mastering the Soul.

This space is filled with so many magical practitioners, each bringing their own gifts, tools, and energy into the community. It is a place for exploration, healing, expansion, and coming home to yourself.
If you have worked with me before, think of the sessions you are used to — only expanded and amplified. The energy Michael brings to the table deepens the work in ways that feel grounded, insightful, and incredibly supportive. Together, we are able to explore a wider variety of tools and layers within you than ever before.
This next chapter feels aligned, embodied, and powerful.
