🤍 What an incredible privilege it is to hear someone say:

“You’ve helped me through one of the most challenging transitions of my life.”

There are moments in life that change you forever.

Moments that test your strength, challenge your identity, and leave you wondering how you’ll move forward.

As healthcare providers, we often meet people in these moments. New mothers navigating postpartum recovery. Families adjusting to unexpected diagnoses. Children overcoming developmental challenges. Women learning to reconnect with their bodies after years of putting everyone else first.

It’s a reminder that healing is about so much more than symptom relief. It’s about being seen, supported, understood, and empowered through the process.

To every patient who has trusted me with their care, thank you. Your resilience and trust inspires me every day.

And if you’re currently in the middle of a difficult transition, know this: you don’t have to navigate it alone.

đź’š Healing happens when support, education, and compassionate care come together.

Milestones aren’t a race. 🤍

Every motor milestone builds the foundation for the next one. Rolling, pushing up, sitting, crawling, pulling to stand—each stage helps develop the strength, coordination, balance, and body awareness needed for what comes next.

That’s why we don’t want to rush babies through milestones or constantly focus on getting them to the “next” thing.

✨ Let them explore.
✨ Give them time.
✨ Support the skills they’re working on.
✨ Build a strong foundation before moving forward.

Because sometimes, slower isn’t behind—it’s building.

Your baby doesn’t need to rush. They need the opportunity to develop the skills their body is ready for. 💚

One of the newest tools in my clinic is the Dolphin Neurostim—and I’m so excited to be offering it to my mamas.

The Dolphin Neurostim is a gentle, low-frequency microcurrent device that helps in treating scar tissue and areas of tension. It can help improve scar mobility, decrease sensitivity, reduce pain, and support your body’s natural healing process.

After treating one postpartum mom’s C-section scar, she looked at me and said:

“My scar feels immediately better.”

Those are the moments that remind me why I’m always investing in new education and technology to better support women through pregnancy and postpartum.

Because healing doesn’t stop once the incision closes. 🤍

Hopped on the bandwagon đźš—

Knowing that moms deserve more than being told, “That’s just postpartum.”

Understanding baby development beyond milestones on an app.

Never stopping your education because your patients deserve your best.

Making women feel heard, supported, and stronger than when they walked in.

Turns out… that’s kinda chic. 🤍

The difference isn’t just saying “Yeah, I treat moms and babies too.”

It’s choosing to dedicate your career to understanding them.

Pregnancy, postpartum, newborns, infants, and growing children all have unique needs. While my chiropractic degree gave me a strong foundation, it was never the finish line.

I’ve invested in countless hours of additional education focused specifically on maternal and pediatric care. I continue to take advanced courses every year because the research evolves, our understanding grows, and my patients deserve the very best care I can provide.

I’m also a proud member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), which keeps me connected to ongoing education and a community of practitioners dedicated to caring for families.

For me, it’s never been about collecting certificates. It’s about having the knowledge and clinical reasoning to know why something is happening, what the safest and most effective approach is, and when another provider should be part of your care team.

Because moms and babies deserve more than someone who also treats them.

They deserve someone who has chosen to specialize in them. 🤍

Some days this work feels heavy.

There are the complex cases, the unanswered questions, and the moments where I wonder if I’m doing enough. I meet parents who have spent lots of time searching for answers, feeling unheard, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn next.

Then this morning, I found a journal entry from 2025.

It was from a family whose little boy I had the privilege of helping. Together, we worked through challenges with crawling and eating, and reading these words reminded me.

It reminded me that progress isn’t always loud. Sometimes the biggest impact is seen one movement or stretch at a time.

On the hard days, this is why I keep showing up.

To listen.
To guide.
To support families through the messy, uncertain moments.
Because helping one child, one parent, one family at a time is always worth it. đź’š

Dead bugs don’t have to stay basic.

Once you’ve mastered the foundation, it’s time to challenge your core in new ways. Adding a weight overhead increases the demand on your deep core to stabilize while your arms and legs move.

Progression matters. You don’t always need new exercises—you just need the right challenge at the right time.

Strong cores aren’t built by doing harder workouts. They’re built by progressing with purpose.

Save this for when you’re ready to level up your core training. 💪
