Big announcements! Happy Friday! Many of y’all know we have a ‘gift it forward’ Library, and our ‘bottom shelf’ is full of ‘pay what you can’ items whose contributions go to a local women’s shelter. We will continue all that and also as of next week…can I get a drum roll!? …We will have Blind Date With A Book! Over the years I have collected the most interesting books, unique papers, and I have an endless supply of little items to tuck into the pockets for you to discover!

You can thank a local place that called to me, y’all know I follow and listen to my guides as best I can and last Saturday was no exception. “You gotta go in there” I hear whispered as I’m driving close, and so I pull in…the first thing I see, and I had to do an about face because it was behind me! THIS BOOK! The one you see here in the reel, and now look closely at the bookmark…if that doesn’t say Indigo Soul Cat, I don’t know what does! 😂 Standing in front of it full of feels, and when I reach for it all the ideas flooded it!

Many thanks to my guides and all the lovely souls inside Vinylly Vintage (located in Downtown Goderich ) It was really greyt to just hang out in your space and chill, reminiscing over the songs as I flip through the records. I remember seeing some of Dolly’s records and being a little sad and missing her already, tho she hadn’t left yet. 😞

Why you won’t see us bait you into reading our posts. Well for starters we don’t really believe we need to trick you…you’re here because you want to be here. You’re reading this post because you know it will make a positive impact for us! You hammered that little heart, hopped into our shop, shared us on your socials and told your friends about us because your heart guided you to!
And we love you for it all!!!

“I will always love you”. These are the words I was hearing three days ago while I looked through some of Dolly Parton’s records at a local shop, I also felt a great sadness too, I pushed it away thinking ‘no not yet’.

Knowing for a while now that Dolly would be leaving us soon, and she knew it too. Dolly knew what she meant to people and that’s why she shared her story with us recently. I’m grateful to have known such a loving heart as Dolly during my stay here on earth. As a kid I watched and admired everything about Dolly Parton, especially her song lyrics and kindness. Her heart was huge and it lead her every where she went.

She showed me to not judge a book by its cover, to see the light in others, to be unapologetically you, to trust in God as much as yourself and that you can change the world.

When you visit our Events section on our page, you’ll notice that in the Tea & Tarot Event description I list a bunch of daily events, well that’s over and done with…unfortunately FB won’t let me be done with it.
I can’t delete the event. I can only cancel it, which makes people think I’ve canceled it🙄
I’ve tried to un-repeat the event. No option for that.
