Dandelion & Lemon Shortbread Cookies.
I don't have a sweet tooth, but OMG even if I say so myself, these are good.
Thing is, the dandelions won't be around for long.
Might take some of these to the LDB market Saturday.
My herbs and plants and teas are not quite ready yet, but these could be 🌼🌼🌼

Someone asked me if I dress like a mad scientist in my workshop when I am working on new formulas, and I have the mad hair, and yeah, OK, the mad personality too ha ha ha

I have wholesale orders to ship out today and later this week and have had the honour to have been commissioned for some private label products, AND, being tasked to create and formulate some totally new products for this awesome client/friend.

I even got to design the labels too, and she loves them.

The containers are only for samples, and we are working on final packaging for the lotions/serums.
Maybe they will become a regular on our mainstream line, keep watching for updates.

Went foraging for dandelions this morning.
Obviously no shortage 🤣🤣🤣
Got some really meaty dandelion roots to add to the current coffee stash I plan to make 😄
Managed to get lots of petals dehydrated.
Did you know you can saute the long dandelion stalks and eat as a substitute noodle.
And BONUS I found some asparagus, and we haven't grown it for over ten years, as we were never successful, yes only 3 stems, but hey, I will saute with my dandelion stalks.
Dandelion leaves can be used in salads, and the flowers can be added to cookie recipes.
Oh and of course Mr Binkers had to photobomb my picture ha ha ha

Over winter, we have been working on projects, you have already seen some of our new launches, with more new products to showcase.
The hives have had their winter jackets removed, Queens have been introduced to the new colonies, they are busy laying eggs, the worker bees are flying, bringing in pollen, and some nectar, and there is lots of activity, so the videos will be coming thick and fast.
