We had the best time sponsoring a hole at the Beaches Community Centre Golf Tournament!
⛳️ Beaches Community Centre

It was so much fun meeting everyone, chatting about Active Releaf Wellness, and serving fresh samples of RTB Kombucha with Nik.

Does anyone else feel like September just flew by? Big things are on the way, and we can’t wait to share what’s coming next. ✨️

As women, we carry a lot every single day.

The stress. The responsibilities. The constant thinking.

I’m really trying to get better at slowing down, but at night… shutting off the “work brain” is HARD. My body is tired, but my mind is still running through ideas, to-do lists, and everything I didn’t get done.

sleep capsules are a natural, plant-based supplement designed to help calm the mind, support relaxation, and promote better sleep. 🌙

If you’re like me and need a little extra support to unwind at night, these might help you too.

Last week, I had the pleasure of speaking at She Is Gold, a women's wellness day dedicated to International Women’s Day.

There is something so powerful about a room full of women showing up for themselves and each other. This event was all about relaxing, focusing on your wellbeing and empowerment. All values that align and feel like Releaf.
