I do love my coffee!! Here’s my ‘rules’ about having coffee in the day that keeps me on track with my health:

🍳 Food and water BEFORE coffee goes in the tummy. This gives some coating and is less irritating on the gut

💦 For every cup of coffee, have 2 cups of water. One to balance and one to add hydration

⏰ No coffee past 2 pm. No need sacrificing my sleep later on that night with a caffeine hit!
