If you have ever felt anxious, overwhelmed, discouraged or even just uninformed when it comes to fertility, this workshop was designed for you 💯

We have seen first hand the invisible but immense weight that falls on women when it comes to fertility. The sense of pressure and responsibility, the constant questioning and second-guessing, and the emotional burden that so much rests on your body can be both isolating and overwhelming 🚨

With so much information coming from every direction, many women are left feeling even more confused about what actually matters, what they should focus on, and how to support their body in a way that feels intentional, realistic, and effective ✔️

This 3-hour workshop is designed to provide you with a strong foundation in fertility health - helping you better understand your body, your cycle, and the key factors that influence conception. Through a combination of naturopathic and nutrition-focused education, you’ll gain practical strategies to support your fertility and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and direction 🧭

It will include topics such as...
📍why fertility feels harder today
📍the 3-month fertility window and why it matters
📍common fertility-impacting conditions and underlying root causes
📍the role of hormones, metabolism, inflammation, stress, sleep, and environmental factors in fertility
📍practical nutrition strategies for fertility optimization
📍how food can support egg quality, hormone health, and reproductive outcomes

Whether you’re already trying to conceive your first or second child, or just beginning to think about trying to conceive, this workshop will help you build a stronger foundation for conception with guidance from our fertility team- Dr. Annie Coughlin (Naturopathic Doctor) and Ms. Elisa Pitamber (Fertility Dietitian) 🩺

Join us on Tuesday October 6 from 6-9pm for this 3-hour VIRTUAL educational workshop. Limited spots available. Register now using the link in our bio 🎟️

During busy seasons, we often assume we need more time. Sometimes what our brains need most is fewer decisions, clearer routines, and small moments to slow down📍

Most women spend so much of their day responding to what needs to get done and what is happening around them that there is very little space left for themselves. Our body is left paying the cost for thousands of micro decisions and the responsibility to adapt in every given moment 👀

Over time, this constant demand on our nervous system and our attention leaves us feeling mentally scattered, emotionally drained, and like we’re always one step behind 👎🏻

Our brains were not designed to make hundreds of decisions every moment, every day without consequences. Creating predictability, slowing down, doing one thing at a time, and taking the time to check in with ourselves are all ways to reduce the cognitive burden on your system regardless of what else you have to do 💯

Grounding ourselves is not about removing all the stress from our lives or feeling constantly calm. It’s about creating moments of predictability and presence within the chaos to reduce the load on our system. Small changes make a big impact, especially as they accumulate over time ✔️

Therapy can be a helpful tool, especially in busy seasons, to create space to notice what’s working, invite perspective taking, validate challenges, and reflect on realistic strategies for change. Having the designated time in session to do this also reduces the cognitive load on your system during the rest of your time too ✨

With so many things to balance in day-to-day life, it’s completely normal to go through phases of feeling unmotivated or stuck. But what can we do when it feels like the phase has been going on for too long? 💭

In reality, getting unstuck is less about finding the perfect new routine or waiting for more motivation to arrive. It’s more about creating conditions that are more likely to prompt action 💯

This might include…
✔️increasing self-reflection + accountability
✔️shifting perspective
✔️increasing clarity and direction
✔️making the next step easier
✔️introducing novelty
✔️increasing a sense of urgency or importance

Therapy is a great place to target many of these areas at once, by placing yourself in a new environment, having designated time to reflect on what is and isn’t working, and getting concrete about your priorities and your plan 📋

The more new things you try, the more likely you are to get unstuck and build momentum. Even small steps that sometimes feel like “this can’t possibly be enough to make a difference” can help a lot to decrease avoidance and improve engagement 🌱

Looking for help with goal setting or getting unstuck? Book an initial session with Hunter using the link in our bio. Her sessions are offered at a reduced rate while she completes her final practicum at the clinic 🙌🏻
